The Scanning Process

After you have filled in the job request form and dropped off your test, we will review the answer key and job request form to make sure all the necessary information has been entered. We scan scored tests before we scan nonscoring jobs, in the order received. The tests are scanned on either an Opscan 7 or an Opscan 4XP and printouts are 8.5 x 11, laser printed. Excel results are created using Microsoft Excel 2000. In most cases, we will email the results immediately after finishing the scanning, regardless of when you pick up the results. In the case of tabulations, we will use SPSS version 12 to create the printouts.
