WebCT Student Upload Form

WebCT administrators upload the student lists to your course upon your request. Some instructors make the request before the semester starts. Others wait until the first or the second week of the course, when most add/drops are done. As we upload students only once per course, we ask the instructors to add or drop the students in their grade book after the initial upload. Click here to find out how to add/drop students in your grade book.

Please submit the following information 1-2 days prior to the day you’d like to have students to see your course. We’re expecting a bit of slow processing time due to the new system and requirements this semester. Thank you for your understanding.

Upon submitting the form, you will receive an e-mail message confirming the request. In this message, you will find the name of the WebCT support personnel that has been assigned to your request. If you have questions about the request, please contact the person listed on the e-mail. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please e-mail teachtech@ilstu.edu. Please do not re-submit the form.
