Studies indicate that the use of Classroom Response Systems (“clickers”) can increase active learning in the classroom by gauging student comprehension and providing immediate student feedback. In this session a panel of faculty members will discuss the implementation of clickers into their classrooms in the fall of 2006. Class sizes ranged from 20-1200. The panel will provide preliminary research data, talk about their success with the system, provide troubleshooting tips, and discuss how you can incorporate clickers into your teaching and improve student learning.
