Tim is the faculty-in-residence in the Center for Teaching and Learning where he teaches faculty development workshops on instructional improvement, including workshops for the CTLT New Faculty Mentorship Initiative. Tim's primary teaching appointment is in the School of Music where he is an assistant professor of choral music education.  In the School of Music he teaches choral education methods, supervises student and conducts the Illinois State University Men's Glee.
